This program provides an opportunity to build confidence, self-esteem, practical skills, job exploration, social connections and friendships. Our goals are to support individuals in fulfilling internal volunteer opportunities. As well, through one-to-one consultations individuals with disabilities can be assisted in seeking community volunteer opportunities. Volunteers can attend an introductory workshop to volunteering and monthly volunteer gatherings.

It would be difficult to imagine a day without volunteers as you are such an integral part of the Centre. Volunteers are involved in all aspects from helping to raise funds at our casino to being a director on our Board; from completing office and clerical tasks to maintaining receptionist responsibilities; from providing program support to being teachers and mentors in the areas of skill development and everything in between.
