Cooking Program


Cooking – Wednesdays 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

Classes run for 6 weeks.

Are you interested in learning how to cook simple, healthy meals? We would like to offer you 6 classes starting:

March 2 – April 13, 2022

April 20 – May 18, 2022

May 25 – June 29, 2022

Mona Seto is very passionate about showing people how to cook safely, be creative, and save money and time.

These classes can focus on cooking as a part of life and can include topics like:

  • Avoid wasting food
  • Sanitizing everything when you start cooking and after you finish cooking
  • Basic ingredients for cooking
  • What tools to use and how to use them
  • Making recipes with what you have in your fridge
  • Trying new things
  • Making breakfast (how to boil water and what you can cook in boiled water)
  • Making lunch (easy soup, salad, sandwich)

These classes can be for people new to cooking and will require you to take a hands on approach and often follow a cookbook (or your own recipe).
